filter_alnlen — filter_alnlen • CRBHits

This function filters BLAST-like tabular output according to alignment length.

Usage

filter_alnlen(rbh, alnlen = 0, inverse = FALSE)

Arguments

rbh: BLAST-like tabular matrix [mandatory]
alnlen: alignment length [default: 0.0]
inverse: specify if filter should keep the removed values [default: FALSE]
